The robot is used as a platform for our UptimEyes. It can be programmed to navigate autonomously around the plant. This enables frequent and consistent data collection on equipment status, which is crucial for predictive maintenance and early failure detection.

AI-based video analysis

Video from your smartphone's camera is processed by an in-depth AI algorithm. These algorithms are trained to identify normal operating patterns, detect anomalies and classify potential faults based on visual clues.

Acoustic emission

UptimEyes Lite uses sound (from the microphone) to detect equipment problems. It focuses on the principle that changes in a machine's state of health are reflected in the sounds it produces.

Vibrations

UptimEyes Lite can collect accelerometer data while the phone is positioned on a specific machine during operation. UptimEyes Lite captures vibrations which are automatically analyzed.
